Happy 4th Birthday to Mr Chris' niece, Connie.A cake that represents two of Connie's likes, ballet and the colour yellow. Underneath that yellow fondant is a scrummy chocolate cake and definitely no jam!
When asked who was sitting on top of the cake Connie replied "me", so I think it's safe to say my models are improving.
